Sara M.

I'm Sara, and I've been papercrafting for about 15 yrs. I fell in love with all the stamps immediately! I'm mostly a card maker, but love to do 3d projects as well. I've just started doing scrapbook layouts, still not completely comfortable with them-lol. I'm a wife and mother of 4 amazing kids, ranging in ages from 21 to 14. I've been married to my absolute best friend and rock for almost 23 yrs. now. My family is the most important and fun thing in my life. We have a whole zoo at our house- 5 dogs, 6 cats, 2 tortoise's, a few fish, and a snake. I currently run a digital design team online-Sassy Studio Designs. While it's a lot of work, it's so fun.

I am a wife, mom, grandma, teacher and a Stampin' Up demonstrator!
I have always enjoyed some form or another of crafting. I Tole paint on wood, create Floral Arrangements and Wreaths and now you can always find me, in my free time, creating and designing with paper. I love to design scrapbook layouts, cards, 3-D projects and teach classes.

How did you get started in paper crafting?  I wandered into a scrap store, because I am a craft enthusiast and I was curious what the "new" fad was.  Turns out, it wasn't a "fad" - it's still around and I became a quick fan that day

I am a mother to two amazing children and a wife to a great husband and love being a stay at home mom. My family always comes first and has been a huge inspiration for most of my crafting and scrapbooking ideas. Crafting is a passion for me that I love sharing with my friends and family. Crafting is not only an outlet for me, but also provides a way for me to socialize and share ideas with those I love. Another passion of mine is volunteering at my kids' school and with community organizations. I enjoy being Parent Club president for my kids' school and on the board of their soccer league. I hope that my projects bring you inspiration and happiness.

How did you get started in paper crafting: I was invited to a home party called Creative Memories, they were going to show us how to use our pictures in a new way. After two invites to a Creative Memories party I was hooked, that was 14 years ago. I have always been into crafty stuff but after getting into Scrapbooking it has opened my mind to much more in the crafty world.
Favorite color: Red, blue, pink, and black.

As you can see I have no true favorites. I am an all around chick. If I forgot anything let me know. Thanks for giving me this chance on your Design Team. Really excited about it.
